If your power station is charged fully, but the DC port (car port) can’t charge the connected device, it could be that the power requirements (Watts) of the connected device exceed the maximum output of the DC port (car port), which is 120W.
To fix this problem, make sure that the device you are connecting to the DC port (car port) requires less than 120W of power.
You can also try plugging in a car charger to the DC port (car port), then trying to charge your phone to see if it works.
