1. Slow charging

  • Verify the make and model of your phone and the type of charger you are using.
  • Verify the time it takes to fully charge your phone using your Anker cable versus using the stock cable included with your phone, if any. 
  • Try wiping the cable tip’s contact pins clean.
  • Try using another charger with the same cable to charge your phone.
  • Try using the same cable to charge another phone, if possible. 

 

2. Slow data transferring speed

  • Verify the make and model of your phone and computer. 
  • Verify the speed when using your Anker cable to transfer data.
  • Try wiping the cable tip’s contact pins clean.
  • Try using another computer with the same cable.
  • Try using the same cable with another phone, if possible.
