If the power adapter or charging cable of Capsule has a problem, or there is a software issue with Nebula Capsule, the projector might be unable to power on.I


To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:


- Make sure you turn on the Nebula Capsule by pressing the "power" button on the projector for 3-5 seconds.

- Charge your Nebula Capsule with the wall charger and cable and see if the "NEBULA" logo on the top of your Capsule lights up. If it does not light up, please try using another working QC charger (make sure the charger is capable of providing at least 9V/2A) and cable to try it again.

- Hold down the "power" button on the top of your Capsule for 10 seconds to reset, and then press the "power" button for 3-5 seconds again.
