After you have finished cleaning the floors, please place the MACH V1 series back on the charging base and enable the self-cleaning mode for the vacuum cleaner to automatically start cleaning and drying the roller brush. If the roller brush is already clean and it only needs to be dried, please simply enable the self-drying mode by pressing the trigger on the vacuum for two seconds when the MACH V1 series is placed on the charging base. However, if the roller brush does not dry completely, it could be due to debris being stuck on the roller brush and the water outlet, or there is no hot air blowing to dry the roller brush during the self-drying process.
If your MACH V1 series' roller brush does not dry completely, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
- Please upgrade the vacuum cleaner's firmware to the latest firmware version by going to the eufy Clean app > tap the upper right corner on the app's main interface to proceed to the Settings interface > tap Firmware Update.
- Remove the roller brush to clean the roller brush and the area surrounding the water outlet, and then try the self-cleaning process again.
- Unplug the power adapter from the charging base and leave it unplugged for one minute before plugging it back into a wall outlet. Press and hold the trigger on the vacuum cleaner for two seconds to activate the self-drying process, and wait for 90 seconds to verify whether there is hot air blowing to dry the roller brush.
- If the issue persists, please try replacing the roller brush.
