If you are still not hearing any sound even though your speakerphone is already connected to your device and selected as the input/output audio device, please check if the following troubleshooting tips can resolve the issue:


If there is no sound on your end:

- Check if the speakerphone is connected at the same time to two devices through USB and Bluetooth. If so, press the "Play" button for two seconds to switch between Bluetooth and USB modes. 

Reset the PowerConf .  

- Test the speakerphone with another device to see if the issue persists. 


If people on the other end complain there is no sound coming from your end:

Reset the PowerConf .  

- The PowerConf can work with Windows and macOS correctly, but it is not compatible with Linux and Chrome operating systems. Please make sure the connected device has a compatible operating system.
