What should I do if my eufy Baby Smart Sock appears to be offline?

If your Smart Sock constantly goes offline, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- The Smart Sock is disconnected from the Smart Sock Base. Please make sure the Smart Sock is within the Bluetooth range of 10m / 32ft from the Smart Sock Base.
- Please check whether the Smart Sock Base is offline in the eufy Baby app. If the Smart Sock Base is offline, please visit What should I do if my eufy Baby Smart Sock Base appears to be offline? for troubleshooting steps.
- The Smart Sock is turned off due to low battery. Please recharge the Smart Sock on the Smart Sock Base before trying to connect it again. For more information, please visit How do I charge my eufy Baby Smart Sock? for details.
