Why won't my Baby Monitor E20/E21 camera connect to the app?

To pair your camera with the app:
Enable Bluetooth: Follow the app's instructions to turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Activate Pairing Mode: Press and hold the SYNC button on the camera until you hear a sound.
Confirm Wi-Fi: Make sure the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct.
If you encounter issues scanning the Wi-Fi list:
Cancel Pairing: Exit the current pairing process.
Start Over: Repeat the pairing process and follow the app's step-by-step instructions.
