Currently, the Video Smart Lock E330 does not support multiple remote accesses at the same time.
1. This is designed with a focus on stability and safety.
2. This will not interfere with the regular operation of your Video Smart Lock E330. Please simply avoid using the eufy app and Alexa/Google simultaneously to control the lock.
