What is the video resolution of recorded videos?
The video resolution of recorded videos will match the livestream resolution.
What video format is saved during app transfers?
Videos are saved in MP4 format.
Does the doorbell support image distortion correction?
No. Please note that neither the C31 nor the C30 model supports image distortion correction.
Does the doorbell support HDR?
No. Please note that neither the C31 nor the C30 model supports HDR (High Dynamic Range).
