Why is the app say “Incorrect QR Code”?

If you try to scan a random QR code which not from the lock, it will not work.

However, if you scan the correct QR code and it still prompts you with this message, you can manually input the SN code by tapping the "Input Manually" on the bottom of the QR code scanning page. Or you can tell us your SN code and we will send you the correct one.
