Smart Lock S230, Smart Lock C210, Video Smart Lock E330, Smart Lock C220, Smart Lock C100, Smart Lock E130

If you're in the process of setting up your Smart Lock and encounter an "Incorrect QR Code" error on your app, it's time to ensure you're scanning the correct QR code. Please note that the QR code on the packaging is not the one you need. The correct QR code is usually found when you remove the Smart Lock’s battery cover, but it's not on the back of the cover. Instead, it's located either above or below the battery compartment.

For models T8502/T8506, you'll find the QR code above the battery compartment.

For models T8520/T8501/T8510/T8503/T8504, the QR code is located below the battery compartment.

If you have the T8530 model, you might need to set up the Wi-Fi Bridge first. The QR code of the Wi-Fi Bridge can be located on the Wi-Fi Bridge device.

Then the app will guide you to scan the QR code that appears on your phone screen by using the Smart Lock’s camera during the setup process.

If you're certain you've located the correct QR code but still receive the "Incorrect QR Code" error, please try clicking the "Input Manually" option located at the bottom of the QR code scanning page. Then, enter the Smart Lock’s serial number.
