Why do certain notifications on the Smart Display E10 lead users to the live stream, while others direct them to the Events screen?

This is due to the specific configuration of each device, which can be edited in the eufy app. Please launch the eufy app > select a device > select Notification > choose “The related history event” or “Live view.”

Note: Certain camera models do not provide the option to choose between “The related history event” and “Live view” in the Notification settings.
