Wi-Fi Bridge Goes Offline

Modified on: Wed, 19 Nov, 2025 at 11:14 AM

When you set up your Wi-Fi bridge, the correct LED is blue.  But for some reason, the LED might be red causing the disconnection of the Wi-Fi bridge. This is most likely the result of your Wi-Fi Bridge losing connection to the Internet.

Note: Your lock will still work as it should as a Bluetooth lock. It will not affect the functionality of the lock.

To help you troubleshoot it, please read the following steps.

1. Please check if your router can access the Internet successfully.

2. Please try to restart the Wi-Fi Bridge by unplugging it from the wall outlet and plugging it in again. It may recover after 3 minutes.

3. If the above troubleshooting steps still cannot resolve the issue, please try to remove the Wi-Fi Bridge and add the Wi-Fi Bridge again.
