What Should I Do if My eufy Indoor Cam Cannot Power On?

If your eufy Indoor Cam is unable to power on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify whether the issue can be resolved:


  • Confirm the original Indoor Cam’s power adapter is being used.

Note: The power adapter is 5V/2A for the Indoor Cam Pan/Tilt models, and the power adapter is 5V/1A for the Indoor Cam models.

  • Try using another wall outlet to plug in the Indoor Cam power adapter.
  • Check if the USB power cable plugs into the camera properly.
  • Verify the Indoor Cam has not been used outdoors and exposed to the weather elements. 
  • Check the temperature since Indoor Cam has an operating temperature from 32°F to 104°F.
