When using NAS as the video storage option, please refer to the following steps to set your camera’s IP address to static IP address. The specific path to set a static IP address may be different depending on your router’s make and model, please refer to the router’s user manual for detailed instructions.

1. Check your device’s IP address and MAC address using the eufySecurity app by going to HomeBase Settings > About Device > IP Address and MAC Address.

2. Log in to your router settings and select DHCP server > Select Client List > Find the corresponding device that you want to set a static IP address > Copy MAC address.

3. Select Static address distribution menu > Select Add > Paste the MAC address and input the IP address > Select Save > Restart the router to update the configuration.

4. After restarting the router, check the device information to ensure its IP address has been updated to a static IP address. If it has not been updated, please restart the camera.

Note: Currently, the only NAS brand supported by eufy is Synology. Additionally, the camera's live stream resolution when using NAS is limited to 1080P even if the camera supports 2K resolution.
