There may be instances when users prefer to not receive push notifications on their phones from Eufy App devices’ motion triggered events. For example, please refer to How to Mute Notifications on eufySecurity Devices if all authorized users sharing the same Eufy App device choose to disable notifications from the app. On the other hand, if any authorized user who is sharing the device still prefers to receive notifications, then a simple solution is to disable notifications only on the user’s phone who does not want to receive notifications. Please refer to the following methods to disable Eufy App notifications on a smartphone, depending on the make and model of the phone.

For iOS Devices

Please select App Side Bar > Settings > Notifications > App Notifications to disable it.

For Android Devices

Please note the exact path to disable Eufy App notifications on an Android phone depends on the make and model of your phone, and the main setting that needs to be disabled is the notification setting of the Eufy App regardless of Android phone models. Using Samsung Galaxy S21 as an example, please select the Dropdown Menu > tap the gear wheel icon to open Settings > tap Notifications > tap More under Recently sent section > Change the filter to All if you do not see Eufy App > tap Eufy App icon to disable notifications.
