Please note once a device’s firmware is updated, it cannot be rolled back to its previous firmware version. Additionally, a device’s firmware will be updated automatically when an update becomes available; however, please make sure your device is connected to the Internet and is not experiencing any network issues for the firmware to be successfully updated.

Note: It is highly recommended to always keep your eufy Security device’s firmware updated to the latest version in order to ensure its security and performance.
