Q: Why do I need a firmware update?

A：In order to provide users with better experiences, we will periodically release updates to optimize algorithms.

Q: How do I update the firmware?

A: Please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Eufy App and go to the **eufy Care device tab**.

2. Select **Multi-user card**.

3. Go to **My Goal**.

4. Select the device name and click the "Firmware Update" button to update the firmware.
   
   

Q: What should I do if the firmware update fails?

A: Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Please check whether the scale has completed the WiFi configuration.

2. Please move the scale closer to the router or a place with a strong and stable WiFi signal.

3. Please check if your router has any network connectivity issues.

4. Click Retry on the Firmware Update screen in the app.
