SoloCam C210 - Wi-Fi connection issues in the setup process

If you’re having trouble connecting the camera to Wi-Fi during the setup process, it might encounter issues as below:

  1. Wi-Fi signal was not found - As the Wi-Fi list is sync up from the camera device, and not from your phone, the signal of Wi-Fi in your home might be too weak or unstable for the device to connect.
  2. Incorrect Wi-Fi password - Check to make sure you entered the correct password.
  3. Failed to connect to Wi-Fi - Unstable Wi-Fi signal affects the connection between the IndoorCam and your home router. It is recommended for you to strengthen the Wi-Fi signal to the IndoorCam to ensure it operates properly.
  4. Make sure the device is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

If none of the above helped,

  1. Try performing set up on a different mobile device.
  2. Perform a hard reset on your camera by holding down the “SYNC” button for 8 seconds, waiting 30 seconds, and repeating the setup process.
