Your account is the key to unlocking all your eufy Security products features, wherever you are. eufyCams require an account to receive real-time motion and sound notifications and to access video footage. Note:
2). A lowercase letter (abc...)
3). A number (123...)
- If you have an existing Anker, Roav, Nebula, or ZOLO account, you can login with the same account credentials. When using the same credentials in EufySecurity you will still need to activate the account.
- If you use your Facebook or YouTube account to log in to the EufyLife app, you may have difficulty logging into your EufySecurity account since Facebook and YouTube account login information is not yet supported. Please contact support to resolve this issue.
How to create a new account?
- Open the EufySecurity app.
- Enter your email address; make sure your account will be able to receive the verification email sent by eufy.
- Enter a password that contains 8-20 characters. The password use at least one of each of the following:
2). A lowercase letter (abc...)
3). A number (123...)
- Check your email for a Welcome to eufy Security email titled "Please verify your account email address." Open this email and tap the included link to activate your account.
