What can I do if my door frame uses a deadbolt spacer instead of a strike plate?

If your door frame has a deadbolt spacer instead of a strike plate, please send an email to us with the following information.

  • Proof of purchase.
    • Online purchase example: Your Amazon order number.
    • In-store purchase example: Your receipt from the store.
  • A photo of your door frame and the deadbolt spacer.
  • Current valid shipping address.

Note: Please provide a physical mailing address and not a P.O. Box.

Once eufy support team is able to verify the above information and validate your C210 Smart Lock’s warranty, a compatible deadbolt spacer will be processed and shipped to you.
