Smart Lever Lock C33 - What should I do if I cannot connect via Bluetooth?

  • Ensure your Smart Lock C33 has enough battery power and you are next to the lock.
  • Check your smartphone’s Bluetooth setting and make sure it is enabled.
  • If you have an Android smartphone, please enable your location service.
  • If the above steps have been checked and you still cannot connect to your lock, please reboot your lock by pressing the button at the bottom of the Smart Lock C33 and next to the micro USB port.
