Cannot scan the QR code for my S100 Wall Light Cam

If you are unable to scan the QR code for your S100 Wall Light Cam, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  • To ensure your phone can accurately scan the QR code, please keep the distance between your phone and the QR code at approximately 4~8 in/10~20cm apart.
  • It is recommended not to tilt the phone upwards when scanning the QR code in order to avoid potential interferences caused by the surrounding environment’s lighting or sunlight.
