If your HomeBase is connected with Ethernet cable and some of the cameras have a weak signal, changing the HomeBase to Wi-Fi connection may solve your issue. After HomeBase was configured Wi-Fi, HomeBase can be moved further from the router and closer to your cameras. Then the signals can be improved.

To set up a Wi-Fi Connection for your Homebase please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the app side menu (top left corner of the homepage);

2. Click "My Devices" and click on your “HomeBase Settings”;

3. Click “Connection” to enter the Settings page, and then click “Wi-Fi Setup”;

4. Select your Wi-Fi from the Wi-Fi list (the same used by your phone).

When setting up Wi-Fi Connection please consider the following:

1. Wi-Fi signal must be 2.4G;

2. If you’re unsure whether your camera has a strong enough signal, there are two tips which may help you:

  • Use “Test Wi-Fi Signal” to check the signal strength of each device;
  • Pay attention to the voice prompts and sounds that indicate poor location for signal.
