Failed to Add eufyCam to eufy HomeBase

If your eufyCam failed to add to eufy HomeBase and the HomeBase has already been added in the eufySecurity app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Note: Please make sure the eufyCam has been fully charged. Additionally, please also make sure the eufyCam has not been mounted since it will have to be physically placed next to the HomeBase during the pairing process.

Launch the eufySecurity app > Devices tab > Add Device > select eufyCam/2/2 Pro > press and hold the SYNC button on top of the eufyCam for 2 seconds until it emits a beeping sound > tap Next on the screen and the eufyCam will automatically connect to the HomeBase.
