Keypad, 5-Piece Home Alarm Kit

Follow the troubleshooting tips to fix the issue of the LED flashing red on the keypad.

Keypad is Offline

Please bring the keypad closer to the HomeBase to test if it can be reconnected when there is no response after pressing the keypad, or when the LED flashes red for 5 seconds and then the light goes out. 

Keypad is Updating

There is no response when pressing the keypad, but the LED is blinking red and it will not stop. Please wait for about 10 minutes.

Keypad Has Low Power

The keypad can be used normally, but the LED is red for 5 seconds and then the light goes out when pressing any of the keypad buttons. Please charge the keypad as this is indicating that the keypad is low on power.
