In scenarios when you don’t want the RoboVac to go to some areas, you can set up a No-go Zone on the eufy app. Follow the steps below to add No-go Zone or Virtual Boundary:

  1. Login to the eufy app, tap on No-go Zone

  1. Tap on No-go Zone or Virtual Boundary to add No-go Zone or Virtual Boundary respectively on the current sweeping map. Both No-go Zone and Virtual Boundary can be stretched and rotated to set the size and angle, and finally tap Save to save the no-go zone/Virtual Boundary settings.

Notes:

*You can set separately up to 10 No-go Zones, up to 10 No-mop Zones, and up to 10 Virtual Boundaries on one map, please set them as you need.

*You can add no-go zones/virtual walls/no-mop zones to the map while RoboVac is in standby mode or while it is running.

*If you enter the "No-go Zone" feature page while RoboVac is cleaning, RoboVac will pause cleaning. After exiting the No-go Zones feature page, RoboVac will automatically resume cleaning.

* “No-go Zone” and “Virtual Boundary” features are only available when a map is created.

*Users can scale/rotate/delete the no-go zones/virtual walls/no-mop zones after they are added.
