What if my RoboVac stops with Error 5/Error 6? (for L35/LR30 series and LR20)

What Caused Voice Alert: Error 5/Error 6?

Error 5/Error 6 is triggered when the device is trapped or may be suspended in the air.

How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 5/Error 6?

Please try the following:

-If the RoboVac emitted an error at a specific location, please set a No-go zone to prevent the RoboVac from entering that specific area.

- For a better user experience, please make sure the RoboVac's firmware has been updated to the latest firmware version. The latest firmware version is V.2.2.0000. ( Please go to the Main cleaning page, click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the page and you will be able to find the "Firmware Update" option at the bottom of the screen. Please click the "Firmware Update" option to verify if there is a new firmware update that is available for your RoboVac.)


If the troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue, please contact us and include a video or photos of the specific area where the RoboVac gets trapped easily for further assistance.
