Modified on: Wed, 19 Nov, 2025 at 1:59 PM

Applicable to:

RoboVac 25C, RoboVac 35C, RoboVac G10 Hybrid, RoboVac G30 Verge, RoboVac G30 Hybrid, RoboVac L70 Hybrid, RoboVac G20, RoboVac G20 Hybrid, RoboVac G35+, RoboVac G40 Hybrid+, eufy Clean G50 Hybrid

If you fail to connect to your RoboVac on the last step, the eufy app displays failed to connect.

Please ensure that:

  • You are using a 2.4GHz WiFi while connecting (recommend turning on the airplane mode but enable the WiFi connection)
  • You turned the location/GPS on and turned the precise location on in settings. The precise location is important to scan devices around your phone.
  • Put your device and RoboVac close to the WiFi router and have a stable WiFi connection

When you try to pair with the RoboVac again, please

When you try to pair with the RoboVac again, please

If you receive a warning “unable to connect” when reconnecting the RoboVac’s WiFi “eufy RoboVac XXX”, please restart the eufy app and restart your RoboVac by switching off and on the red main power switch on the bottom of your RoboVac and then try again. (For G30, the main power switch is on the side of the machine. For G10, the main power switch is on the bottom of the unit. For L70, hold the start/pause button for more than 3s until you hear boot music)
