There may be scenarios in which users may need to manually control their RoboVac, such as to intentionally bypass RoboVac’s No-Go or No-Mop zones in order to clean certain areas. Please refer to the following detailed instructions on how to manually control RoboVac by using the eufy app.

Please launch the eufy app > tap on the RoboVac’s icon to enter Settings > select Manual Controls to start manually controlling the RoboVac by using the three directional buttons to guide the RoboVac forward or spin towards either the right or the left side to change direction.

Note: Using the Manual Controls feature is not recommended while RoboVac is cleaning automatically in order to allow RoboVac to accurately complete a thorough cleaning cycle. For example, manually controlling RoboVac when RoboVac is creating a cleaning map on its initial run may lead to failure to create a complete cleaning map.
