There may be instances where eufy support will ask you to upload your app logs in the eufy Baby app in order for eufy developers to further analyze and provide solutions to resolve issues. Please follow the steps below to upload your app logs.

• Launch the eufy Baby app > tap Me > tap About > tap the eufy Baby app icon on the screen six times > tap App Logs > tap the Upload Log button to upload the log automatically.
