What should I do if my USB device is not recognized?

Capsule Air, D4112, Capsule 3 Laser (ATV), D2426, Capsule 3 Laser (GTV), D2426112
1. Install the File Explorer app from the Google Play Store.
2. Make sure the USB drive has a FAT32 format.
3. Download an mp3 to the USB drive and connect it with projector to see if it plays.
4. Test another USB drive.
